For the campfire gourmet who has everything
Japanese brand Snow Peak are so committed to the joys of outdoor cooking that they’ve designed a whole range of gear specially for the campfire chef – including this rugged-looking knee-length canvas apron. Not only does it have plenty of pockets and loops to hold your cooking implements, but the fabric itself holds a few secrets. You see, this is no ordinary canvas: 80% of the weave is cotton, but the other 20% is flame-proof acrylic, meaning you can get nice and close to the fire without worrying about sparks. It’s also got a durable water-repellent (DWR) treatment – which not only gives you rain-protection but also resists dirt and grease when you’re cooking

Snow Peak’s journey began in 1958, when the founder Yukio Yamai, an accomplished mountaineer, created his own line of superior climbing gear. Snow Peak then looked to evolve by shifting its focus from the mountaineering equipment of the past to the camping equipment of the future. Fueled by the booming national interest in auto-camping sweeping across Japan, Snow Peak released a series of radically innovative products which focused on quality, functionality, timeless-durability and considered design.
