Most packable backpacks reach their limits when you venture onto more technical terrain or start carrying heavier loads. With the Matador Beast18, you can go into beast mode to take on any day hike or even a lightweight overnighter. The only packable backpack capable of covering serious ground, it’s big enough and strong enough to handle your gear yet packs up into a compact compression bag for space-saving travel. It also has all the features you’d expect in a technical hiking pack, with waist and chest straps, multiple pockets, gear loops, compression straps and hydration system compatibility. Weighing in at under 600 g and with packed dimensions of just 22 x 9 cm, the Beast18 has great packability but doesn’t sacrifice capability.
